Made with a PET film backing and integrated sponge, it combines flexibility and tear resistance with a superior ability to adapt to curved and contoured surfaces, distributing pressure evenly and reducing the risk of scratches. The pyramidal silicon carbide microstructure ensures fast and consistent cutting thanks to its wear resistance. Furthermore, the uniform distribution of the structure combined with its self-sharpening nature ensures a consistent finish over time.The invisible stearate coating prevents clogging and facilitates dust extraction, making the process smoother.
Using water prevents residue buildup and keeps the abrasive clean, further improving the quality of the final result. During operation, the sponge retains excess water, gradually releasing it as the sanding process progresses.
